Reflexology is a non invasive, powerful and very relaxing treatment that can take place with your clothes on. Relax and sink onto my heated massage table whilst I work on specific points of the feet and hands, Which correspond to organs and specific areas of the body. My aim is to stimulate energy pathways and rivers of the body to restore balance in the mind, body and soul. This treatment can help with imbalances in; • Sleep troubles • Hormone imbalance • Pain relief • Head aches Start with a delicious herb tea or herb infused water. Slide on to my heated massage table. Begin with deep breathing techniques and a head and face massage and warm foot bath. Then move into your reflexology treatment, working on specific points to suit your health needs, with the aid of heated Thai compresses and Gua sha foot work when needed. Leave floating on air!
